Useful software but I love Nero 8 Light
I’ve used CDBurnerXP in the past but now I use Roxio Creator 2010 Pro. It has improved very well over the years.

I don’t burn CDs much. I burn mostly images to CDs and I use imgburn for this purpose.

Simran, we are the same. I also burn cd image only but seldom burn into the real disk. So i just purely support this application.
Great that it’s free but is it reliable? Nothing worse than burning coaster after coaster…

Scan your PC with a good antivirus software and if you still can’t solve the problem then just format it and install new Windows.

Ashampoo is good alternative to Nero but for our basic needs we can use small freewares such as Imgburn. Its just around 2 MB in size and burn the images into CDs or DVDs.
